Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und komfortable Ferienwohnung und ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Vollkommen modernisiert und in allen Räumen klimatisiert. Der kleine Nebenort von dem berühmten Ligurischen Porto Venere hat zwei kleine Strände an denen man baden kann, in unmittelbarer nähe des Fischer- und Jacht-Hafens. Wir fanden die Wasserqualität gut. Die Maisonette-Wohnung liegt im 3. OG, weshalb man auch zum teil den Fernblick auf die Bucht genießt, man aber auch dem Treppensteigen nicht scheuen sollte. Der Ort hat ein paar Geschäfte, einen Bäcker, Restaurants, Bars, eine Kirche, Ausgrabungen einer römischen Siedlung, und ist längst nicht so überlaufen wie der Hauptort.
Bei der Anfahrt, muss man an dem sehr engen Kreisel der Ortsausfahrt von La Spezia höllisch aufpassen, dass man richtig abbiegt, weil man ansonsten auf die Serpentinenstrasse Richtung Cinque Terre gerät, und mehrere Kilometer in die falsche Richtung fahren muss, um überhaupt eine Wendegelegenheit zu finden.

Wow! What a wonderful experience. The host met us and handed over the keys and walked us through the apartment and showed us all around. He also had a book that was full of useful information about the area buses and everything we needed to know to really experience the area.
The place itself was fantastic! We were three friends traveling, and we each had our own bed. The sofa bed was deemed the most comfortable ever slept on!
The view from the upstairs bedroom was fantastic and it was also nice having two bathrooms. Well, we were just three, it would be well suited to a larger group too.
From the apartment to a Sandy Beach was maybe a three minute walk. Another pebble Beach was maybe a five minute walk away. There was a grocery store right around the corner, which had a lot of great things. There was also a coffee shop that was open early, which was a special treat for me!
We did visit cinque terre and it was amazing to be able to come back to our apartment in Le Gracie, where it was much more quiet for a peaceful evening of rest.
It is a small port town and it was interesting to watch the different boats come in and out of the harbor.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and it is stair, no elevator, to get up. We were just mindful to have everything before we left for the day. Not a problem for us, but could be a limiting factor for some or those traveling with large quantities of luggage.

Super zentrale Lage, zwei große Schlafzimmer mit einer schönen Aussicht.
Die Treppen waren zu schaffen, aber die gute Aussicht hat es wieder gut gemacht
