His wife sent a text a few hours before and gave me her husband's number and I met him outside the property. It was very easy. The location is 3 to 4 min from the train station and supermarket as well as the beach. It's a cute little town in the Riveria. Worth a visit!
The cost of property is high (converting from the NZD), but it's worth seeing Beaulieu sur Mer

The location was excellent, approximately 5 minute walk to train station, bus stops close by, Casino supermaket across the road. The apartment has a little private terrace which initially we thought a little neglected but we were very grateful for this extra space where we could sit out under the umbrella and read or eat and also dry washing. Netflix on the television was an extra bonus. Toaster, hairdryer and sandwich maker were nice touch.
A lighter duvet would have been good.
