We had the most incredible stay at Templemoyle House and couldn't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, Barbara made us feel so welcome. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
The house itself is absolutely stunning. Every single room has been beautifully decorated, with so much character, style, and attention to detail. It's clear that a lot of love has gone into creating such a unique and luxurious space. Everywhere you look there's something to admire, making it feel both elegant and cosy.
The grounds are simply amazing—beautifully maintained with plenty of space to explore, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. One of the highlights was the hot tub overlooking the river. Sitting in while listening to the sound of the flowing water was pure bliss and the perfect way to unwind.
We were a group ranging in age from 30 to 70, and every single one of us had an unforgettable time. Templemoyle House really offers something for everyone, whether you're looking to relax, celebrate, or simply spend quality time together. It was also wonderful that we could bring our dog, who was made just as welcome as we were. Finding such a beautiful, dog-friendly property made our stay even more special.
Templemoyle House exceeded all of our expectations. Between the breathtaking décor, the beautiful riverside hot tub, the incredible grounds, and Barbara's exceptional hospitality, it was a stay we'll never forget. We can't wait to return!

Perfect location, very easy to get everywhere by car but lovely and remote / quiet for a peaceful day at home

Decor and attention to detail with beautiful touches throughout the property. Locally sourced fresh produce provided. You could feel the owners passion in every room.
Some bathroom doors did not lock but they were all in keeping with the period property.
