The location was good and the bed was comfy, breakfast was full english perfect start to the day
Welcome wasn't very good when we got there , we arrived to check in after a 10min wait a lady showed up no apology or introduced who she was we arrived when it was pouring with rain so was absolutely soaked through and when we gt to the room there was no hairdryer checked my booking says room does have a hairdryer had to go bk down to reception and ask then wait in room for staff to bring a travel one for me to use, and I struggle with mobility and was on top floor so for this reason unfortunately i wouldn't stay here again .
