Excellent, modern and comfortable villa, big enough for two families. All you need is available, it is fully equipped. Everything including the pool is clean. Ground floor: pool, kitchen, grill, gaming room, bathroom. First floor: living room, kitchen, restroom. Second floor: 4 bedrooms with its own bathroom.
You can use bikes and paddle board. It is 5 minutes to the closest small beach and 15 minutes walk to Rezaliste beach. Towels are available in villa. Big supermarkets are in Sibenik (5 minutes ride), small deli and excellent bakery are not more than 5 min walk.
Villa owner will help with everything, also his father.
Everywhere in Brodarica including restaurants and bakery, only cash payments are possible. ATMs charge extra fees. Remember to bring cash or use bank ATMs in Sibenik.
