Superb location and peace and quiet surrounding.
The host! One of the best hosts I have ever met. I faved certain medical issues and had to go to the hospital in Split. This lovely lady helped me survive the heat and drove me with her car around. I cannot be more grateful

It is very luxuriously decorated with a deep emerald green and gold colour scheme, so it shows the owner took great care in preparing the space. Some things were brand new and the big sofa was lovely to relax on and escape the hottest moments of the day. It is quite central but in a quiet street, which is ideal. The host was attentive and welcoming, asking if we needed a taxi and allowing a check out 1 hour later- thank you!
It is dangerous that you open the door straight onto stairs going down, with no warning, so please consider adding a note on the outside door or putting it clearly in a message to guests. Also the towels looked very nice, but were very small (not that important, just something that could be improved)!

La ubicación, es amplio, bastante completo y cama cómoda.
Lo peor, ruidos insoportables del vecino de arriba, golpea el piso muy fuerte, sin parar y esto además de lo estresante es que la luz parpadea. Esto pasa desde las 18;00 hs incluso a las 4:00. Ademas al ser un semi subsuelo tiene ruidos de la calle. Un perro hizo pis en la ventana del baño y estuvimos dos días con olor.
Además, el piso de la ducha se inunda ni bien la usas y no hay tender para secar la ropa de la playa. Es una pena porque tiene mucho potencial.
