The location is fabulous! Close to anything and everything you need. Breakfast was great, and you can choose a different breakfast option each day over WhatsApp. Communication with staff was super easy. The room is just as pictured, very spacious and comfortable. There is also a free washing machine and dryer you can use upstairs on the rooftop. I recommend going up at least once and enjoying a beverage if the weather is nice.
The only thing to note is that there is no lift, and if you have a room on the top floors, it's quite a few stairs. However, the staff are lovely and will help you bring your luggage up and down :) Drinks and snacks in the room can be eaten and drunk for a fee; however, there is always free water in the lobby, and you can bring food/snacks back home and store them in the fridge.

We loved staying here during our time in HCM. HemTouch House is an Oasis in the midst of the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh. We really enjoyed being a bit off the beaten track and loved exploring all the little alleys and streets around the accommodation with lots of cafes and restaurants. Our room was clean and the air condition worked properly. The staff were super friendly and were always happy to help if we needed assistance. They even brought our ready-to-send postcards to the post office because we didn’t have enough time to do it ourselves. ❤️ Thank you so much again for hosting us!
