Great stay with exceptional service
I had a wonderful stay. The property is clean, comfortable, and provides everything you need for a relaxing trip. A special thanks to Youssef and the rest of the reception team — Ammar, Savey, Mohamed, and Siraj — for their professionalism and friendly service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, Serag Eldin, for his outstanding service. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and courteous throughout our stay, and he always made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. His warm attitude and professionalism truly made our experience more enjoyable

The hotel is very cozy with nice colors and greenery. Rooms are very clean. All the personal are very helpful, special thanks to Serag, Mina, Ammar&yousef from the front desk, and Mahmoud from the Resturant, also Mostafa @ Korean Resturant they all served with love and a smile on the face, I’ll sure come back due too this excellent Hospitality

Staff was really kind. Check-in and checkout were fast. The bedsheets were smelling really good!
Would have been nice to say the pool was under maintenance in August. Some of the staff in the reception didn't speak English at all.
