es ist alles wunderbar verlaufen, maria, die vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und entgegenkommen, gibt viele tipps und ist für einen da. die schlüsselübergabe ist super unkompliziert, die wohnung super gelegen und sehr schön, wir fühlten uns drin super wohl.
es ist bereits bei der buchung an der lage der wohnung direkt an einer hauptstrasse zu erkennen, dass es dort sehr laut ist, trotz der geschlossenen fenster. also die geräuschempfindlichen gäste sollten auf jeden fall drauf achten, dass sie weinigstens gute ohrstöpsel mitbringen.

כמה דברים שממש אהבנו בדירה. הנוף כמובן ו-2 המרפסות שמאפשרות לצפות עליו.
הלוקיישן. אנחנו מאוד אוהבים לישון בקרמיקוס בגלל הקירבה לכל כך הרבה מסעדות טעימות.
יש מיזוג בדירה מה שמאוד נחמד גם כן
סך הכל מדובר בדירה אתונאית ממש ממש חמודה.
וגם! המיטה היתה כל כך נעימה....כמו לישון על ענן.
ולסיום, דחו לנו את הטיסה לערב והמארחת נתנה לנו להשאר עד שהיינו צריכים לצאת לנמל מה שעזר לנו מאוד.

Posizione buonissima nel quartiere di Keramikos, fuori dalla massa turistiche, localini carini frequentati da Giovami ateniesi, prezzi più economici rispetto a Monastiraki/Plaka/Thisseio. Quartiere interessante, in sviluppo, vicino all’ hub di Gazi, dove siamo. Stati per una serata al Festival Athen Jazz. E poi che dire della vista dalla terrazza del 4 piano: nulla tra noi e l’acropoli! Fantastica con la luna piena. E poi Maria , la locatrice, e’ gentilissima e disponibile con tutte le info che vi servono
L’appartamento si affaccia su una strada parecchio trafficata e di fronte c’è una chiesa ortodossa molto attiva, per cui non è adatta a chi “ama” dormire. Alle 6/6.30 il traffico si fa sentire e alle 7 le campane suonano ( l’appartamento non è insonorizzato . E’ all’interno di uno stabile fine anni 70, col suo fascino, ma con i suoi anni ). Ma tutto sopportabile: con quella vista!

L'emplacement idéal pour aller visiter à pied les quartiers du centre d'Athènes, Monastiráki et Pláka sans oublier l'Acropole, dont nous avons pu profiter d'une vue magnifique depuis le balcon de l'appartement matin midi et soir sans jamais nous en lasser.
Encore merci à notre hôte Maria qui a su nous dépanner à 3h00 du matin.
