The apartment couldn't be faulted it was Beautifully decorated and definitely has the Wow factor..STUNNING...and had everything you needed to cook etc. The bedroom and bathroom blew me away and the large bath as well as a beautiful walk in shower... We were very impressed with it all..
We were a party of 3 the sofa bed was a bit disappointing for comfort but only 2 nights so we managed. Great view of the tower and perfect Location for all amenities in the City.
Easy access with codes on doors..
The Record Player was a big hit with is too!
The front door to the street was left unlocked every time we returned so security wise I wasn't happy with that..
On departure day at 10-01am as we were ready to leave and just checking we had everything the housekeeping guy arrived..He just walked straight in not even a knock at the door he seemed very unhappy that we hadn't left and it was only one minute passed Ten!! !

The apartment was genuinely beautifully decorated, perfect for a birthday treat, and a good central location for restaurants/bars etc.
Check in and locking/unlocking the apartment was fine and secure once we got the hang of it.
One friend said the large bed was very comfortable, the other didn't quite agree but I guess that's subjective.
The shower drain was blocked the first time we used it which meant water got on the floor, which we mopped up with towels and left them in the shower tray. My friend put some soap down it and that seemed to help mostly but it did keep gurgling a bit - but maybe put some drain cleaner down it before the next visitors come?
The curtains in the living room let in quite a lot of light, so along with the street noise from buses and the quite firm sofa bed i didnt have the soundest nights sleep.
I'd stay here again but it would have been nice to have been told about the noise and light, so I could bring earplugs and eye mask.

Perfect location and very luxurious apartment. Also very clean and well equipped. WiFi worked properly
Maybe I am just not used to staying at the apartments, but:
- The apartment was literally shaking when large cars were passing by or people were walking on the stairs. You can feel it in the bed and a hot tub was shaking as well
- No slippers were provided, so you either walk in your street shoes or bare feet
- No soundproof. You can hear people from the upstairs walking or talking. This is not their fault, you just hear whatever they do
- Check out is at 10am. I admit it was disclosed, but it is still too early. And they simply come and push you out of the apartment. I would not say in a friendly manner
