Was good for us---easy to get into, was updated and outdated---lol--enough enough to keep my whole group happy. Some loved the spa tub, some loved the regular tub and shower, everybody slept well and felt comfortable enough to sit back, cross their legs on the couch, relax, eat, and watch tv. There was a leak under the sink when we got there, we called, and they sent someone out to fix it within a resonable time period. Had a few things that could be improved on---those were mostly with the cleaning of the place.
The washer and dryer had a musty, mildew smell that really needs to be addressed by cleaning staff. The hot tub was unusable for basically the same reason--not a good smell when the top was taken off and lastly---perfect place needs a large trash receptacle with a lid where you can just toss it in and not think about calling for trash to be picked up. I know, it's just a phone call, but I'm on vacation, and I just want it to be picked up automatically, I'm not thinking about calling for trash pickup. If these few things are addressed, my group would definitely stay again.
