Kasauli Pebbles was a wonderful hotel. The staff and view were wonderful. The location was good but not much within walking distance. However, the hotel provided transportation to the downtown area.
I wish they would serve breakfast or tea earlier than 9:00 am.

We liked the views into the valley, and the general design of the room.
The toilet/bathroom was occasionally smelly. While both rooms we booked were of the same category, one room was much smaller. Spots/marks on walls, curtains, and sheets spoiled the look. Seepage and peeling paint too.

Newly built property.
We had booked 3 king size rooms well in advance. But only 1 king size room was provided. Two other rooms were smaller. And we were charged the price of king size rooms for all three. Our request for all three king size rooms, was not granted.
That way, the property owners are not transparent. They do not provide correct information at the time of booking.
Also the location of property is not what was expected from the online pics.
We felt overcharged.
