Very easy to check in and out. The place is unique: full of very welcoming and friendly Midwestern ghosts. All together, a pleasant and memorable place to stay in Cleveland.
I could not figure out the heating system and it was a bit cold at times, but the bed was comfortable and the blankets were warm enough.

Lovely older home with apartments for rent. Easy parking with a big lot next door. Great communication with host and easy check in!
I did wish there was a more comfortable bed situation for my son as the living room sofa was not so comfy for him. This is a perfect apartment for a couple or those who can share a queen.

We liked the location because it was close to the activities that we were going to in Cleveland. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment. We liked having a place to park our car that was close by. We were glad that they were trying to fix the water temperature for the shower. (The shower did get hot but it took a long time.) Nice walk-in closet. Nice dressers to unpack your clothes.
We had a difficult time with the television, I do not have any streaming services so I had a difficult time with the remotes. I only wanted to watch a little bit of tv at the end of the night. I was able to get on the free tv channel. The rug in the bathroom that you use for a shower, made it hard to open the bedroom door. Perhaps the bottom of the bedroom door could be shaved a little so that the rug would not have to be constantly moved. Tell people that stay here to not go out the front door of the home, because you can not lock the home once you go out the front door. We did not have any luck getting the lights on the end tables in the bedroom to work.

Central location. Clean. Nicely decorated. Bathroom and bedroom were a good size.
Bed was SUPER hard, as were a few of the pillows Hot water took 5+min to heat up. Only given 2 bath towels for a whole weekend. No TV in bedroom, and the couch in the living room (where you watch TV) was nice looking but not comfortable, neither was the chair next to it. Didn't like that the bathroom was a pass-thru between the 2 main rooms, very awkward. And the immediate surrounding area was sketchy/blight-ridden.
