The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were helpful and cooperative throughout our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located close to Masjid -e-Nabwi, which made it very easy for us to visit the mosque. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Pros: - Room was nice. - Staff were friendly. - Good air con system.

Cons: - Second time staying at the hotel. We booked the first and second stay at the same time, months ago, and paid upfront. The price of the second stay dropped by at least £450 some time after we had already paid for it, so we paid a lot more than others who would have booked later than us, but Qadr Allah. Considering how much we paid, it would have been appreciated if the hotel would had put us in a room that was not opposite the doors that led to the lifts. The doors were very heavy and would make a large banging noise when people would go through them without taking an additional second to close them so they did not bang. The hotel really needs to do something about the doors. - The hallway outside the room was at times very noisy. - The room could have been cleaner as a previous guest seemed to have spilt something on the wall, and it had not be cleaned off properly. - The bathroom could do with an upgrade, and when taking a shower water would spill out on to the floor. The hotel is aware of this because upon check-in there was a towel on the floor next to the shower opening. The hotel should find a way to rectify this as no guest wants a very wet towel on the floor, especially when the floor space is quite small. - The location of the hotel seemed to make it more difficult to get into the masjid for me and my step daughter. Even if we left at a decent time, there was only one door into the masjid that we may have had a chance to use, and this door was on the far side of the masjid relative to the hotel. 9 times out of 10, all the doors were passed were blocked. We prayed outside in the courtyard the majority of the time. My husband did not have many issues entering inside the masjid, so brothers shouldn't have much of a problem with the location of the hotel. However, next time we would book a hotel closer to a different side of the masjid, to give the women more of an opportunity to pray inside the masjid in'sha Allah.
