The place was very austere but enough for a couple of nights at the beach. It was very clean and well organized. It does not have a fridge so it was a bit hard to keep food or water in the room. The view from our room was the beach so it was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was only coffee and croissants but enough for us (I understand other people expect a more hearty meal but we were okay with what we got). The staff was kind and attentive to our needs. It was overall a great experience and the stay made our beach days easy and memorable. The shower was good, there was hot water and it was generally clean. It is not a 5 stars hotel so adjust your expectations. But it is a very good stay and we felt really happy staying there.
The hotel has parking but we were told it was full and we couldn't use it. We parked our rental car on the street for the 3 days of our stay. While it was a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay, we couldn't help to notice that it was very pricy for 2 nights - considering it is not located in one of the prime cities in Italy. We actually paid less at an extraordinary location in Rome for 4 nights than what we paid here for only 2 nights (somewhere in the 500 USD area).

Ottima localizzazione, molto vicino al mare.
Lo staff hanno pulito la stanza tutti i giorni.
Il proprietario molto cordiale.
Il tv non funzionava.
La colazione era compresa soltanto di un singolo brioche a marmellata con il café.(la più scarsa che ho mai visto).
Il letto matrimoniale continuava ad dividersi in due di continuamente ed a scivolare in avanti quando si sedeva accostato alla testiera del letto.
