Had an incredible stay at this property in Muttom—easily a 5-star experience!
The property itself is beautiful, spotless, and very spacious, with plenty of room to walk around, unwind, and even a lovely swing to pass the time. It features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with 2 of the bedrooms equipped with ACs. The main hall is huge, and while the stunning main kitchen isn't for guest use, there is a fully accessible separate kitchen right beside the house for guests. There is also ample parking space that easily accommodates multiple vehicles.
A special mention goes to the caretakers, who are polite, unobtrusive, and ensure complete privacy while also cooking great food.
The approach roads can be steep in a few stretches, but they are completely manageable. The host, Boby, made the journey seamless by providing crystal-clear directions to the property, along with extremely helpful route tips from Bangalore on which roads to avoid. He was always accessible, supportive, and communicative throughout our trip.
Would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed getaway!

Wonderful Stay at Mountain View Villa
Our stay at Mountain View Villa exceeded all expectations. This charming heritage villa offers modern comfort with an earthy touch—especially the clay-tiled floors that feel warm and natural. The peaceful courtyard with mountain views was incredibly relaxing.
We truly appreciated the complete privacy and calm surroundings. Host Boby was very helpful in planning our visits to Vagamon and Elaveezhapoonchira.
Dinner (Chicken curry and Chapati) was provided upon request.
Note...Cooking is not allowed in Villa,but provisions are there in the adjacent outhouse kitchen if needed.

Property is super awesome. We were 4 friends with our bikes. Really enjoyed our stay. It's very scenic and well maintained property. Bobby sir is a great host and he also helped us to find good routes in heavy rains so that we could avoid traffic and cover most of the view points.
