ótima localização, equipe muito atenciosa, cama confortável, excelente café da manhã, o melhor de todos em hotéis deste padrão
falta espaço para colocar malas, ficamos em um quarto triplo e não havia espaço para colocar e abrir as malas, falta black out na janela, chuveiro fica variando a temperatura, falta mesinha de cabeceira para se colocar óculos, etc

Ubicación y limpieza
La habitación grande y la calefacción no fue idonea, era portátil y tuve que elevarla en una silla para que pudiera calentar la habitación.

La predisposición del personal para atenderte siempre y con una actitud positiva.
La limpieza y orden de la habitación.
Lo reconfortante de las camas (despues de estar todo el día fuera haciendo turismo uno llega con ganas de un buen descanso)
La variedad de los desayunos.
La ubicación.
No me desagradó pero puede servir de mejora.
La ducha (se puede cambiar por una con mejor caída vertical, debido a que cada vez que lo abría la caída se dirigia a la puerta y considerando que se tiene que calentar el agua antes de ingresar eso hacía que mojara fuera)
En algunas ocaciones al momento de ingreso del local olía a comida (se debe usar campana extractora en la medida para evitar ello), para recalcar solo era al ingreso en la habitación no.

I liked that I had a room to myself and that this hotel was somewhat closeby to the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. That was nice. It is also nice that this was not necesarily like a hostel. If you have an early morning tour, they'll have a boxed/packed breakfast for you that contains a basic ham and cheese sandwich as well as a fruit cup.
It was not the best customer service, but I think that applies culturally to all of Peru! When I asked they give me more mango in my fruit bowl for breakfast, they did not do as asked. I also HATED that this hotel was in the same building and right next to a coffee shop! There was always loud music in the daytime because of this! I DID NOT like that at all, and the food at the coffee shop was not to my liking at all.
