We loved our stay at this property. It was filled with light, and had all of the amenities you could need. We loved people watching from the balcony. It was clean and tidy. If we travelled to Nice again, we wouldn’t bother looking for any other accommodation, and would just book this place.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Close to the beach and shops. More spacious than expected and comfortable beds. Air conditioning was great as it was very hot!
Only little thing was the white chairs in the kitchen area. We kept tripping over the legs as they slant outwards.

Great location, you can use any public transport to go everywhere and it is very close to the beach, to markets, restaurants, bars...It was very clean
The building is old. The elevator is very tight. It's loud at night.
