The host was lovely! He was at our door to help us within 15mins to fix the aircon which had a temporary error.
The location was excellent and there was a good lift in the building.
When we arrived a cot was all made up for our baby which was lovely as our baby was at breaking point after travelling all day.
I would 100% stay again.
The bed unfortunately was so loud and squeaky and we kept waking up out sleeping baby everytime we moved. The bed itself was not very comfortable.

Once we entered the property it was like it was brand new. Everything was pristine clean and had great amenities. The bathroom was functional very clean and had everything you needed. Aircon was good. It was very central to loads of restaurants and a piazza and a very short walk down to the ferry terminal. David gave us some fabulous recommendations that were steps away from the apartment, affordable and delicious. Would totally recommend for your stay in Bellagio.
The directions to the apartment could be improved. We lugged our bags up some stairs…but with a bit more research (or communication) there is a road that you could wheel your luggage up.

Excellent location right in the centre of Bellagio
Very steep up hill access when trying to take suitcases to the apartment. Unit was lacking some refinement and didn't have any block out curtains. I also requested a plug for the sink (which was missing) but i was told that they didn't have any, so I had to use a plastic bag.
