The main bedroom has really good air conditioning which appears to be a luxury in Italy. The host was very responsive and dropped us off some laundry detergent so we could use the washing machine. It was helpful to park in the garage downstairs. Approx 15 min walk to the old town.
The property is very basic and there is no air conditioning in the living room. There was some sort of portable air conditioner in the living room however it wasn’t effective at all as the living room is a large space. The property is concrete so is very noisy. We could hear the doors open and close of the neighbouring apartment and of the elevator. It woke us up at night.

Posizione ottima, spazi grandi ed arieggiati. Luminosa e dotata di tutti i confort
Mancava la carta igienica ma visto che siamo passati dal supermercato per prendere altre cose, ci abbiamo pensato noi senza disturbare la proprietaria, una persona gentilissima che sicuramente ci avrebbe accontentato subito.

De ter uma vaga de garagem a da localização.
Da dificuldade em falar com o anfitrião e só conseguimos as chaves porque uma moradora do prédio telefonou para ele dizendo que estávamos na portaria querendo entrar. Foi uma dificuldade para entendermos o inglês que ele fala e obter as informações. Só conseguimos as chaves porque recebemos um código de acesso para uma caixa junto a porta de entrada. Levamos mais de 1 hora para conseguir o contato com o Anfitrião e entrar no apartamento. Tinha uma máquina de café mas não tinha as capsulas. Não compramos as capsulas porque não sabíamos o modelo da máquina.
