We didn’t stay we have to book elsewhere it was that bad

AVOID THIS PROPERTY! SCAM! DIRTY, NOT CLEANED, DAMP, WORN OUT

Pembrokeshire is beautiful

PROPERTY WAS TERRIBLE! Photos were NOT the same as the current state of the property. Owner sent me two messages before we arrived asking me to leave 10 star reviews. This was odd as we hadn't even arrived yet. Once we did, I understood why... Description says it's "newly renovated", it's definitely not! Not for a good few years at least! Wish I had read the previous reviews before booking. Seems to be ongoing issue for many people, as far back as 2025! The kitchen and bathroom were very dirty. There were dodgy food liquids in the fridge, blood in the bottom drawer of the freezer. The fire alarm had been removed from the ceiling. The bathroom had toothpaste splashes on the walls, pubic hair in the toilet and the lock was broken/missing. This was very awkward within a shared house. There was a folded up loo roll tube and old razor shoved in the corner of the window sill in the bathroom. Most of the doors were wonky with damaged hinges and would not close. The bedding on two of the beds had dodgy white stains and overall bedding was well worn. Most of the radiators had clearly been leaking for ages to the point where the skirting had been turned brown, rust under the copper pipes which had gone green and brown. Very disgusting to look at! Some of the walls upstairs and downstairs were damp and layers of paint used to try to cover it, peeling off all over the floor. Owner tried to mask the terrible smell with tons of reed diffusers all over the house but it didn't help at all. The damp smell was very strong. The overall cleanliness of the house was bad. Lots of dust and rubbish under the sofa's and old food down the sides of the sofa cushions. previous visitors/reviews tell of same problems, clearly it was never ever acted on before either. Please genuinely avoid this property at all costs.The owner needs to spend a week fixing up the property before conning people out of their hard earned money.
