The property is well located across from a pretty pebbled beach and walking distance from town. The beach had several lounge chairs with umbrellas available. A gentleman came by each day and charged 10 euros for the use. It was a bargain. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The bathroom is modern and spacious but it is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs. There is a nice private patio that overlooks the ocean. A neighbor invited us for drinks and dinner with his family and friends. We found everyone to be kind and hospitable. The owner was very responsive when we alerted her that the hand soap was empty and we needed a dish towel. We easily found parking across the street from the apartment. The view is beautiful.
I didn’t realize that the nice bathroom was downstairs and the bedroom was upstairs. There is a spiral staircase and a low ceiling at the top of the stairs requiring you to be mindful of not bumping your head if you are tall. We are in our mid seventies and are able bodied but going to the bathroom at night is a bit dangerous trying to navigate the stairs. The downstairs has a TV mounted on the wall in the “living space”. The area is small with a bar height table and 4 bar chairs. There is no comfortable seating area to relax or watch TV. Bring your own shampoo, body wash, napkins if you stay longer than 2 nights.

Maisonnette toute mignonne et face à la mer. Pratique pour se garer et aller à pied à la plage et dans le village. Facile à trouver. Petites attentions pour l’accueil dans le logement. Terrasse supplémentaire très sympathique.
Malgré la vue mer la route devant est passante et bruyante. Cela est un point négatif

L’appartamento é stato da poco ristrutturato e si presenta pulito e confortevole. Una splendida terrazza vista mare ci ha regalato delle colazioni difficili da dimenticare. Vicinissimo alla spiaggetta di Kassiopi e al centro. Consigliatissimo
il fatto che si affacci sulla strada vuol dire che le macchine passano proprio davanti, ma la bellissima vista vince. Un po’ piccolo per 4 persone ma il terrazzo e la veranda fuori regalano spazio extra.
