Overall, we had a good stay in this apartment in Belgrade. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet, and it had all the main facilities we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessary utensils, refrigerator, freezer and dining table, and the beds were clean and comfortable.
The host welcomed us personally and was very friendly and helpful. He also gave us useful advice about visiting Belgrade, including the suggestion to use the city’s public transport system, which was very helpful during our stay.
The apartment was generally well equipped, although a few small maintenance issues could easily be improved. For example, the kitchen faucet was loose and not very convenient to use, and the handheld shower did not have a proper wall holder, which made showering less comfortable than it should have been. Access to the building was also a little confusing because of roadworks in the surrounding streets. The navigation system directed us toward the property, but one of the access streets was marked as no entry, making it seem impossible to reach the building by car. In practice, we had to use that street to reach the accommodation. This may of course be a temporary issue related to the roadworks, but it is worth checking with the host before arrival if the construction is still ongoing.
