La petite famille se démène pour nous faire à manger et qu'on passe un super séjour ! Les petites cabanes sont trop chouette ! Très bon rapport qualité prix !
Pas de papier toilette, repas un peu cher à 27soles, emplacement pas idéal car loin du lac Humantay. Il faut donc déjà faire 30 minutes de route avant de prendre le départ du Salkantey Trek.

Hosts were very kind and the beds were incredibly comfortable and warm in the frigid alpine nights. Towels and toilet paper provided was also a bonus.
This property is just not worth it for the price. I booked under the assumption that it cost $36 like the listing said but was informed it was $46 after taxes which made it the most expensive stay on the Salkantay, but was the worst accommodation we stayed at. They say “WiFi” but you do not know that it is only from 4-8pm. They say “electricity” but you do not know it cuts out in the middle of the night and you will wake up with a cold dead phone. They say “showers” but you do not know that means only freezing cold water in an already freezing cold alpine environment. On top of this the location for the property isn’t great. It is about a half mile from the Humantay trailhead so if you plan to do the Salkantay Trek, this means you will add and extra half mile walking back to your hostel at night as well as a half mile in the morning (which is a lot considering the 15 mile day to come).
