Staff, vibe and the property
Overpriced, 13k per day for a cottage with common swimming pool and just breakfast included, that too on a weekday....In my opinion the price for cottage should be in the range 8-9 k

The space is too green, and perfectly maintained. The staff is there to help you with everything and also agrees to some special requests. The food is also good.
The price is a bit much, otherwise its a grt place to enjoy.

Well maintained swimming pool and Aravind who managed our room service was excellent and prompt
Inaccessible paths which are highly inconvenient when you’re traveling with a baby or you have a cottage. The residency rooms are very far away from the restaurant and need a considerable walk to reach, it can be quite unsettling at night.
We also did not get our second cottage room as promised by the property and my nanny had to stay in the residency rooms which were a 10 min away. On the second day, we were requested to move our nanny from the ground floor to the first floor because some family wanted to stay together. It was very annoying.
