Very helpful staff. Very clean kitchen and shower.
No towels and the beds are only 60 cm Wide.

Nice property facing the beach.
Good facilities, but a lot of distraction/crying for kids with the arcades everywhere. Doesn’t help with resting while having the kids wanting everything every 5 minutes. Should be more directed to resting, rather than spending. Fun fair wasn’t very good either. Cafe on the fun fair never had the products they were advertising outside (eg donuts, churros etc). Indoor swimming pool and theater play were very good.
Not very clean unfortunately. Bed in mezzanine wasn’t changed at all. Bed was made on arrival, but you could see the bedsheets were used and bed was full of sand inside. Too of cupboards were crusted with dust.

Caravan was lovely size. Lounge/Dining area was lovely!
Cleaners need to pay more attention to detail and ensure they are also cleaning top to bottom. We found cobwebs and a breast pad underneath the dressing table !

De locatie en ligging.
We werden zeer slecht geholpen met het oplossen van de WiFi. 4 uur moeyen wachten op monteur mey 31 graden in een caravan ZONDER AIRCO OF VENTILATOR. Die was stuk op vrijdag en we kregen geen nieuwe. Dus 3 dagen zonder WiFi gezeten. De kraan in de douche stond op 58 graden en die werkte niet. De deuren can de slaapkamer zaten vol vlekken alsof deze nooit is gepoetst.
Ik ga hier nooit meer naar terug echt een afknapper. Ook veel schreeuwende mensen 's nachts en veel vogels op je dak die veel herrie maken.
