Ce bel appartement est très joliment décoré et dans un état parfait. Rien ne manque, il y a tous les équipements nécessaires à un très bon séjour. La literie est très confortable, la salle de bains est pratique avec une belle douche . Il est parfaitement situé : à quelques minutes de la gare de train et du port (départ des ferries pour Portofino) et en plein centre de la vieille ville. Malgré cela, l’appartement est bien insonorisé . Il y a plein de petits commerces à proximité , restaurants, boutiques etc… l’accès est très facile et bien indiqué par la propriétaire avec laquelle la communication est très facile et chaleureuse. Il est au 2ème étage (une trentaine de marches ). Si besoin, un garage peut être loué (20€/jours) et à 5 minutes à pied (juste derrière la gare) . Les photos reflète t totalement l’appartement. Je recommande à 1000% et j’espère revenir 😘👍

The apartment was super clean, the AC was a plus, everything was so well organized, there was extra coffee pods, it was so well located, easy access with bags from the piazza where we parked the car, one block from the beach .Sara even offer her garage for a fee, there was soup and some condiments if needed, we had a great time

L’appartement était super à l’image des photos très confort et très propre. Il est également central donc super 👍🏻
Nous étions là pour un mariage et donc pour une seule nuit… Séjour très court et malheureusement l’hôte n’a pas été très flexible sur les horaires nous avons pu avoir l’appartement à 14h30 un peu plus tôt que prévu en tout cas le Check out a 10h c’est vraiment tôt même les hôtels accordent plus tard… sur un séjour plus long c’est sûrement moins gênant.

La posizione dell appartamento è centrale. L arredamento è accogliente e in buone condizioni. Ottima la disponibilità di lavatrice asciugatrice e lavastoviglie, con numerosi accessori.
Le scale non sono agevoli e ben segnalate. La climatizzazione deve essere presente in tutte le stanze da letto. Sarebbe auspicabile aumentare la potenza dei KW per evitare distacchi dell energia quando si utilizzano più apparecchiature.
