Instructions were clear.
Double bed mattress in main bedroom was too soft and did not offer enough support. There were only three wine glasses for four guests.

The apartment is very comfortable and aesthetic. The bedding was good as well. We didn’t use any of the machines but I assume it all works.
The drain in the shower is clogged but I guess that will be fixed. The building itself doesn’t seem maintained but don’t be worried- the apartment is very handsome

The apartment is well maintained and comfortable.
The building condition is very bad. The lift stopped working and nothing was done to fix it by building auth. The flat owners were least bothered if their guests were inconvenienced and raised hands saying it was not their fault. We had to carry our luggage by stairs from 1st floor without any help. First the person attending said will fwd request for compensation but later conveniently refused. Not fit to be in service industry.
