Die Lage ist sehr gut. Fußläufig Arena, Innenstadt erreichbar. Restaurants und Einkaufsläden sehr Nahe.
Es war leider nicht sehr sauber. Staub und Spinnweben in der ganzen Wohnung. Sehr abgewohnt. Altes Mobiliar, Ausstattung Küche mäßig - zusammengewürfelte Ausstattung, Geschirr und Besteck alt und teilweise nicht sauber. Bei der Anzahl der möglichen Personen (3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Doppelzimmer) zu wenig Handtücher, keine Geschirrhandtücher, bei einer Woche Aufenthalt sehr wenig Toipa.
Die Kleiderschränke waren aufgrund von Staub und muffigem Geruch nicht nutzbar. Teilweise waren die Schränke auch mit „Müll befüllt“.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Verona. The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and very comfortable for our group of six. Despite having six people, it never felt crowded.
The location was excellent, with many shops within easy walking distance, including ALDI, PAM and SPAR, as well as the city centre, Verona Arena, Juliet’s House and many other attractions. We found it very convenient for exploring Verona on foot.
The communication from the apartment staff was also excellent. They were responsive, helpful and kept in regular contact throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Verona.
One thing to be aware of, particularly for visitors from England, is that the tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and has to be paid separately.
The only downside for us was the elevator. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and on a few occasions the elevator was not working, so we had to use the stairs. Apart from this, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend the apartment.

The apartment had 3 double bedrooms, a sitting/dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms
Fully air conditioned Amazing place 7 min walk to Arena ❤️ A TV in nearly every room, a large screen TV in the sitting room, with Netflix in English 🙏❤️

Absolutamente perfeito em todos os sentidos: acomodações, localização, limpeza, conforto, tranquilidade, próximo ao centro histórico, supermercados e restaurantes. Fizemos tudo a pé com facilidade. Comunicação rápida e precisa com o proprietário. Um apartamento aconchegante e espaçoso com belas pinturas e livros.
