The location of the property in the small village of Nesso was delightful. Outstanding views across Lake Como and the nearby church tower. The pictures of the tower on the listing were a great help in locating the property on our arrival. Listing also gave carparking details, these are accurate and as it says, parking is limited.
Nesso itself is a quaint village with tiny winding streets that lead to the lake. There are a number of nearby resturants and a couple of bars. There are regular ferries that can take you to other parts of the lake.
The property itself was well equipped for all our needs. The kitchen area had everything you could want. The lounge was spacious and comfortable, leading onto a balcony with a small table and chairs. Both bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds.
The flow of information between ourselves and the owner was quick and easy.
Nothing, was a great little property.

Bel appartement , très propre, calme, lits confortables, et très belle vue sur le lac! Bien équipé, spacieux.
Merci a notre hôte qui nous avait laissé une bouteille de vin pétillant, des bouteilles d eau et des pâtes pour notre arrivée! Nous avons pu échangé facilement avec Emanuele.
Places de parking gratuites à une centaine de mètres vers l église.
Restaurant, bar et petite épicerie à proximité!

Sometimes the heating in the house turns off, I don't know how it works, but it is not problem during the summer.

Amazing view from the bedroom and lounge, and so good having balconies to sit out and enjoy the beauty of Lake Como. The apartment is spacious, clean and well located in a quiet village on Lake Como about halfway between Como and Bellagio. The bus stops on the road in front of the apartment so it’s easy to access. The ferry stop is a short, steep walk down from the bar just up the road. The rest of the village is spread out along the road and up the hill so it’s a steep walk up to other bars and the bigger shop for supplies. The apartment is very comfortable and Emanuele is a communicative host who responds quickly to queries and requests.
It’s really lovely but to make it 100% perfect a couple of things could be provided - toaster, cheese grater and a couple of throw rugs for those chilly days would be great. There is no laundry facility in Nesso or nearby towns so for longer stays a washing machine would be ideal.
