1) Despite the cons listed below, the owner responded straight away to my call. This was late on Sunday night, so I was impressed and grateful for this alone. And then she went on to be very helpful and caring, and my issue was resolved immediately. So the customer service is brilliant.
2) The room is clean and comfortable too, with complementary tea, coffee and bathroom soaps etc.
3) The shower is magnificent and I could have stayed in it all day!
4) The shared kitchen is clean too.
5) In the town centre.
6) PLEASE NOTE: I went here on two separate occasions, and it was just as good each time. So it wasn't just good luck I believe!
1) No terrestrial TV, Freeview etc. Just streaming services.
2) No kettle in room. Bit of a mission to go down three flights of stairs just to make a brew.
3) Code to main door rather than key, hard to see in the dark.
4) Code to room, which was too long to remember so every time I went to the kitchen I had to prop the door open with a shoe.
5) Noisy radiator and bathroom fan (which didn't turn off for ages after turning the light off), which made it difficult to sleep.
