Great location. Maybe 1st or 2nd floor might be better.

Great location! Convenient free parking next door. Price was good.

The third floor (all stairs) wasn’t a problem for us, but you have to lug your stuff up to it. The bed/mattress was not very comfortable. Needs either a better box spring or a mattress topper. . The bathroom was small and no shelves or space for your toiletries, otherwise the shower was nice. Needs a warning at the door that there is a slight step down. Not crazy about the rug under the bed as it looks worn out. All things considered not awful for the short time we visited.

Great location! Convenient free parking next door. Price was good.
