Lieblos und dreckig.

Die Lage wäre ok gewesen.

Als wir ankamen, war die Wohnung extrem kalt, weil alle Fenster anscheinend längere Zeit auf Kipp waren. Die Heizung im Wohnzimmer wurde nicht warm. Die Elektrik im Bad sah gefährlich aus und die Küche war ein einziger Siff. Wir sind daraufhin ins Hotel. Am nächsten Tag war jemand da für Reparaturen und um nochmal sauber zu machen. Die Heizung hat dann funktioniert und die Elektrik im Bad sah besser aus. Es hat auch nochmal jemand geputzt, aber der Siff war trotzdem immer noch ekelhaft. Am schlimmsten waren zwei Sofakissen, die auf dem Bett(!) lagen. Da waren noch Essensreste vom Vorgänger drauf. Die angehängten Fotos sind alle vom 2. Tag, als angeblich alle Probleme behoben waren. Ich habe mehrfach mit Booking telefoniert und Booking hat den Vermieter aufgefordert, die Buchung zu stornieren und das Geld zurück zu erstatten, nachdem ich Fotos eingeschickt hatte. Der Vermieter war nicht dazu bereit und ist uns keinen Millimeter entgegen gekommen. Nicht mal die erste Nacht im Hotel bis zur Behebung der Probleme wollte er und erstatten. Wir haben am Ende keine einzige Nacht in der Wohnung verbracht, es war einfach zu ekelhaft. Ich buche seit vielen Jahren auch Privatunterkünfte bei Booking, aber sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Am meisten habe ich mich über die Nachttischlampen im großen Schlafzimmer aufgeregt. Die stehen da nur, damit sie auf den Fotos gut aussehen. Man kann sie nirgends einstecken, weil es auf der Seite des Zimmers keine Steckdosen gibt. Alles andere kann man noch mit Inkompetenz erklären, aber das ist einfach nur Verarsche.
