The apartment is lovely and we had a great stay. It's very spacious, it has its own parking spot, which is great since parking is an issue in the town. The rooms were quite big, the beds comfy and the sofas are very convenient for a family. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and an oven and a huge fridge, also some utensils, like a kettle. The kitchen is quite big, so it's very useful for long stays. The apartment is at first floor, accessible trough few stairs. It has a huge balcony and oddly enough, the temperature inside is very pleasant even without the AC (we never turned it on). One of the bedrooms is very quite, suitable for kids. The Kallithea beach is accessible with about 10 minutes of slow walking, the center at about 7 mins. There are enough sockets for charging stuff. it's absolutely lovely, I recommend it.
The only thing I didn't like was the bathing arrangement since the shower has a small bathtub with a curved bottom which was inconvenient for the adults in our family. Also, maybe the description should have said to bring our own sponge for the dishes - it was fine, there is a supermarket nearby. The wifi works normally only at the kitchen table but if you sit on the table, it works fine.
Something unrelated to the apartment - I've been to Kallithea beach in May (i.e. outside of the season), it's absolutely lovely. We went there during our last day of the vacation, it was horrible - very crowded and dirty. So I'd recommend people to visit it either after sunset (like we did during our first day), or just go anywhere else on the peninsula. Much better experience.
