Really nice location and walkable to nice shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the snack basket, that was a nice addition for our first time in New Zealand.
My bad for not noticing but the entrance for the room type we had is shared decking, so unless you like people seeing you in your room the curtains need to be closed all the time. Would probably book a different room next time so we could have some sunlight.

Privacy, parking and ease of check in
It was my first stay so I didn't realise it was a self service check in. I was worried it was a scam until I rang the mobile number on a sign.
