The location, cleanliness and hotel management
Everything was good.
One suggestion, since there is no lift the management should ensure that the elderly people are given room on ground floor only

Location is good... The room was a 1+1 family room. Rooms were big enough. And the balcony was large. Clean hotel. Extremely courteous and prompt service. Breakfast was good with adequate variety to select.
Food price high but taste and quantity was poor. We skipped the dinner and lunch at the hotel and had elsewhere.
Hot water is very slow to come. We were told to run the tap for at least 10 minutes after which we will get hot water. Sheer wastage of water.
The sofabed is not comfortable. It has wooden planks on the upper and lower extended part. In between it is very soft. So you get an uncomfortable feeling on sleeping on hard and soft mattresses at the same time.

Food was excellent but property is not maintained properly. Roof was leaking. No elevator. Hight of steps is more.
Maintainence. Broken tiles in bathroom.
