l'immobile è nuovo completamente ristrutturato, molto ben curato, e le istruzioni erano precise e semplici. il piano alto lo rende molto arioso e anche molto luminoso.
la posizione è un pò penalizzata dalla salita importante per raggiungerlo e dalla scarsità di parcheggio, in ultimo i cuscni del letto da rivedere assolutamente.

The location in Ancona old town was very convenient for the ferry and rail terminals. Close to shops, restaurants and cafes. we had a lovely reasonably priced meal nearby.
The steep hill from the ferry was a struggle with our luggage in the heat - we should have got a taxi!

The apartment is in a fantastic location and offers excellent value for money. Many of Ancona's main attractions, shops, restaurants, and Passetto di Ancona are within easy walking distance. The train station is nearby, and there are convenient bus connections for exploring the Marche region. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and plenty of towels were provided. We also highly recommend Ristorante Il Giardino, which is within walking distance (or just a short bus ride away). The food was amazing.
The air conditioner in the living room was too small to cool both the living room and kitchen. The second double bedroom would also benefit from air conditioning, as the fan wasn't sufficient during the hot weather.

Location excellent but steep hill could be challenging. Supermarket etc nearby
Unfortunately number of functionality issues. An instruction guide is essential as had problems with electricity tripping, front door handle coming away in our hand, broken key. Missing light bulbs, flat batteries in remote. Most issues resolved by landlord and good/easy communication. Apartment needs more attention to detail.
