New and clean room, good internet, quiet place. Couple little shops and restaurants within 5min walk from the property. Within 20 min walk you come to busy parts of Ubud

I loved my stay at Kokokan House Ubud. The rooms feel modern and fresh, with clean sheets and towels and thoughtful daily cleaning. It’s tucked right into nature, so you really get that peaceful village-life atmosphere, roosters and all, which made it such a calm and grounding place to be. The owner and staff were genuinely lovely, and the owner even greeted me in the early hours when my flight was delayed. It’s easier to get around if you have a scooter, but I used the Grab app with no problem. A beautiful, quiet spot that feels like a home base in Ubud.
Nothing was bad, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Es war Sauber und hell, wir konnten einen late check in machen ohne Probleme

Lo primero es que llegamos a las 2:15 pm y la habitación no estaba lista. Había un hombre limpiandola. Llegamos muy cansados y queriamos descansar directamente pero no fue posible. Al terminar de limpiar seguian habiendo pelos por el piso, habia mucha humedad en los rincones de la casa y en el techo del baño debido a la humedad goteaba agua. Los recipientes del shampoo y jabon estaban casi vacios. Para ser honesta el lugar tiene el potencial para verse bien pero esos detalles arruinaron bastante.
