Right from the start, I would say that this place is not for picky or overly demanding guests — the kind of people who are looking for a 4- or 5-star hotel.
It is for people and families who want to enjoy simple things: peace and quiet, space, the view (Instagram-worthy, for sure!), remarkable sunrises and sunsets, and simply a great holiday.
The location of the property is exceptional: no neighbours, a very quiet area surrounded by olive trees, and a palm tree right in front of the terrace that gives the place a special, almost exotic holiday atmosphere. In the background, you have the beautiful sea, while the sunrise and sunset views from the terrace, balcony or the back of the house are simply stunning. In the evening, after sunset, the area in front of the house is beautifully lit by a few strategically placed outdoor lights.
It is true that, once you leave the main road, you have to make quite a sharp turn in order to get onto the ramp leading up to the property. However, I actually enjoyed both going up and coming back down, taking care to protect the paintwork of my car. There is a little bit of adrenaline involved, but nothing unimaginable for a driver with more than two years of driving experience. 😊
The house is very well laid out. On the ground floor there is a spacious and pleasantly cool living room — we stayed from August 26 to September 3, and the outside temperatures did not exceed 32–33°C — with an open-plan kitchen where we found pretty much everything we needed to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever we wanted to.
Also on the ground floor, just outside the back terrace, there is a small bathroom with a shower, which was extremely useful.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with access to a balcony overlooking the sea. They are equipped with insect screens and fully functional air conditioning. There were nights when we left the AC running in sleep mode, and it worked perfectly well.
Of course, there are a few small things that could be improved: the upstairs bathroom door could slide more easily, as it is a sliding door; the shower head could use some cleaning or possibly replacing; the insect screen on the door leading to the back terrace should probably be replaced; and there are a few minor repairs that could be done here and there on the front terrace.
However, these are all minor things compared with the positive aspects and everything this property has to offer for a truly enjoyable holiday. Ultimately, it depends on what you are looking for.
The access road leading up to the property could also be improved a little. The plants along the sides could be trimmed so that they do not brush against the cars of arriving guests.

Terasa pt ca poti sa stai aici de dimineata pana seara, e generoasa, are o priveliste de vis.
Bucataria - gasesti tot ce ai nevoie pt a gati si are toate electrocasnicele necesare, impreuna cu livingul sunt spatioase si ofera tot confortul necesar. In plus au si decoratiuni de bun gust, care iti dau chef sa stai in acest loc.
Terasa tip foisor, unde poti sa gatesti la grill, ideala pentru zilele toride.
Sunt 3 casute unite intr-un fel de duplex, cea de inchiriat este la capat dreapta vazut din fata, cea din mijloc nu era locuita si asa a fost liniste, iar in cea de-a treia locuia o familie cu care am impartit mancare, asta ne-a dat sentimentul ca suntem printre prieteni/vecini.
Baia - 1 baie la 4 persoane este prea putin, fiind si mica, ne-a provocat disconfort.
Accesul tantarilor prin geamul din baie spre dormitor - nu are plasa de tantari acel geam - am transmis aceasta informatie catre proprietar, sper sa rezolve.
Usa de la baie este o usa culisanta, mecanismul scartiei pentru ca necesita ungere si reglaj.
Dormitoarele de mici dimensiuni necesitau ca noaptea sa pornim AC-ul si asta ne-a creat disconfort, dar macar erau dotate cu AC.
Urcarea din strada principala pana pe platoul de la proprietate, se face pe o panta inclinata la un unghi destul de mare, vegetatia nu a fost taiata si ne-a zgariat masina, in plus intrarea dintr-un sens de circulatie se face intr-un unghi foarte strans si te obliga sa faci manevre de incadrare pe acea panta pentru a urca - aici e necesara o marire a bazei de intoarcere incat sa te incadrezi pe directia corecta fara manevre suplimentare...noi am accesat cu Ford kuga, ei au masinutele de Grecia mai mici si e posibil sa nu sesizeze acest detaliu. Dar urcarea pantei mai ales de catre un sofer neobisnuit cu asta poate fi stresanta la inceput. Se poate ameliora prin tunderea vegetatiei si prin largirea zonei de acces de la baza.
Nu are in dotare aspirator, e nevoie sa cureti peste tot cu o matura mare....destul de incomod.
Strada principala din fata proprietatii este cu limita de viteza in acea zona de 90 km/h, iar asta face ca traficul aglomerat si in viteza sa fie reflectat ca si zgomot direct in dormitoare, mai ales daca alegi sa dormi cu geamul de la balcon deschis pt a nu ingheta de la AC, deci nopti in care ne-am trezit speriati de tobele de esapament ale motocicletelor sau altor autovehicule zgomotoase. O solutie ar fi sa ceara autoritatilor sa limiteze viteza si in acea zona la 50 km/h pt ca e de fapt o zona populata chiar daca se afla teoretic intre doua localitati, acum suprapopularea a unit acele localitati, cand te uiti in jurul tau sunt peste tot cladiri. Foarte aglomerat si trafic intens.
