We loved everything about this property. No 1 was our host Marina. She was so helpful, she was always available for us if we needed her. The Apartment was so good. I would highly recommend staying in MAYU’S house. It was like staying in a Lecce Family home. Thank you Marina

Mayu's House was amazing and Marina the best host!! Marina contacted me in advance on What's App to arrange our arrival. Marina met us at the train station and took us to the apartment to show us all the amenities. She then proceeded to drive us around the city and showed us some highlights and recommendations. The apartment was great!! Choice location and roomy with updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. There were 4 of us but could have accommodated more. It felt like a real home and I could imagine staying longer than the 4 nights we were there. Marina followed up a few times to see if we needed anything, she was a wonderful host and went far beyond expectations! I give Mayu's House my highest recommendation.

Staying at Mayu's Place (Lecce, Apulia) makes an Italy trip really wonderful because it's an excellent house located in an excellent old-city place. We were two couples driving around to different towns in Apulia, and normally were forced to stay outside the old inner city (ZTL) locations, but host Marina helped us find a low-cost parking space outside the old city, gave us a tiny overview tour in her Jeep, and then ferried us and our bags to her home! I can't guarantee this will be offered to you, but it's an example of how kind and helpful she is. The house itself is perfect for two couples; it has its own private balcony, useful kitchen tools and appliances, and is wonderfully stocked with delicious espresso I tended to binge on. I highly recommend this place in this excellent location and its excellently helpful host. Interesting artwork, beautiful furniture, and other touches lend the place a feel like a home away from home. As for location, we found it perfect: one can be in or out of the old city easily at Mayu's Place.
Nothing: seniors like me like to be aware that because it's a first-floor apartment, there are about two dozen wide stairs in a well-lit corridor with good handrails. This is not a criticism; I'd give Mayu's Place an 11 if I could do so.
