the room was quite new ,had all basic facilities ,good air conditioning, staff got a power adapter to use australian power.
did not have breakfast here but shops including supermarket and takeaway shop 200 metres away ,was clean and comfortable . property was well maintained with a good garden .nearby is a vintage car museum that is worth several hour looking around,
english was a issue in the area ,but found people in home cafe that all had lived in australia so they helped me arrange taxis. not a tourist area

Lekker ruime kamers, warm water, een bad en lekker zwembad
Het zat naast Ubud Soul Healing en daardoor hoorde je elke dag mensen heel hard huilen. Je moest schoonmaak en schone handdoeken vragen. Als je dit niet deed, werd er niet schoongemaakt

The staff were present during check in and check out, smiling and welcoming. They gave me a spray bottle for the flies, it was nice of them, and I return it back.
The bed was comfortable and clean.
The air conditioning was in good condition.
The cleanliness wasn’t good enough:
-Spider's web is everywhere.
-Mosquitos, flies, cockroaches (which is normal in a tropical place however it should be treated for the guest’s comfort)
-The tea and coffee facilities were not freshly clean.
-It seems that there is no enough staff to take care of all the details, I saw only 2 people, one morning and one evening, and as far as I understood they are doing everything.
-The noise from the neighbours (I think the rental rooms next to the villas) there was a massive noise very early morning on my last day, kids and adults were so loud around the pool. I couldn’t sleep properly and that ruined my day. It was very early morning and there was no respect toward the other guests staying on the villas sleeping, I didn’t see anyone interfering and stopping them or reminding them that there were other people staying in the same place.
