Большой уютный номер, новая качественная мебель, великолепная кровать, панорамные окна, балкон, с которого открывается прекрасный вид на горы и аэропорт.
Сервис и уборка номера настолько ненавязчивы, что складывается ощущение, как будто номер по волшебству становится чистым. Полотенца, тапочки и постель белоснежные.
Отдаленность от центра города, это скорее плюс, так как нет толп людей, а рядом много супермаркетов и ресторанчиков с приемлемыми ценами. Пекарня, где пекут вкуснейший хлеб и атмосфера настоящей Аджарии. В целом отдых в этом отеле стал одним из самых прекрасных воспоминаний.
Отсутствие кондиционера и москитных сеток доставило определенный дискомфорт, но комары остались сыты и довольны))

the room furniture was good and room itself was clean
There was a wedding party or something similar in the restaurant on top of our room that stayed until 1:30. When we checked in they said it should end at midnight, but it continued much later. Also it is hard for the taxi to find as it is behind a restaurant. room was good but appliances could were not plugged in and we could not plug it in. Remote for TV was missing, i called and tried to talk to the desk, but the desk works only after 10:00 AM

The facilties were very luxurious and the staff at the reception was really nice
During our stay, a wedding took place on the last floor and it was quite loud for many hours. Thankfully they stopped somewhere around 12. Although a restaurant was stated to be on the roof, it wasn't operating and although we could order in our room, the chef wasn't present. Bad luck I guess. We also couldn't get the room phone to work, there was no way we could reach the reception unless we went downstairs. But honestly, it wasn't that bad, there was room cleaning and fresh towels every day so we enjoyed that.
