Casa pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio. Esattamente come nelle foto.
Dotata di tutti i confort, elettrodomestici utensili della cucina, lenzuola prodotti per pulire ecc non manca proprio nulla anzi! Staff sempre disponibile (dopo la grossa difficoltà iniziale ci ha aiutato con i bagagli al ritorno). Al momento del check in viene data anche la possibilità di accedere ad un app con dettagli utili per il soggiorno in casa e nella città di Rovigno.
Posizione super centrale, al centro dei vicoli pedonali e a 5 minuti da una prima spiaggetta.
La distribuzione della casa situata al secondo piano e sviluppata su tre livelli. Le scale sono strette ripidissime e la descrizione non lo specifica bene. Questo ha reso pericoloso l'arrivo con i bagagli. La scala d'ingresso e per raggiungere l'ultimo piano sono troppo ripide. Non sicure.
Specificando il tutto con foto o dettagli uno potrebbe organizzare meglio i bagagli (piu piccoli e leggeri)
Il letto al piano mansardato si trova davvero in un punto basso, tanto da non riuscire a stare seduti sul letto con la schiena dritta, un po' claustrofobico (abbiamo preferito il divano letto al piano soggiorno)
La vicina del piano di sotto molto scortese e provoca all'interno scala un fortissimo odore di fumo.
Essendo in centro il posteggio è costoso (25 euro al giorno) o a 20 minuti a piedi dalla casa.

- sehr steile Stufen über drei Wohnebenen (anders als auf den Fotos)
- Beengtheit, v.a. im oberen Badezimmer; BZ-Vorhang an einer Drahtschnur, welche in Auflösung begriffen war und aus der Verankerung glitt
- Fenster ließen sich äußerst schwer öffnen und schließen

The flat is clean, stylish, basically in the middle of Rovinj old town yet super calm. The place is very well equipped, just as a regular home. We didn’t miss anything.
There are 3 small floors, downstairs is the kitchen, dining room and a toilet, the middle floor is the living room area and upstairs there’s the bedroom and a small bathroom with a shower.
It was a very comfortable stay here.
Caution: you’ll have to climb a lot of small and steep stairs in order to get to that flat and than within in the flat, too. It’s absolutely not a problem if you are a healthy adult, but with mobility issues or small children this may be a problem.
The bedroom is under the roof and one person has a little space in bed, unless you bump your head.
It’s absolutely not on the owner, but the downstairs neighbor smokes indoors with the doors open sometimes and the common staircase smells awfully. Fortunately, it never came up to the flat!
