The key instruction was clear for entering the property but not clear enough for checking out.
There was no Tea Towel so we had to use kitchen roll.
The people living above were noisy and disrespectful to the property by walking sand through the hallway/stairwell.
On arrival as you came through the gate, it looks like someone has dumped a full bin bag of rubbish next to the bushes.

Loved the vibe and the decor, really comfy beds, spotlessly clean. Loved that it was opposite the Walpole tidal pool too. We didn’t mind the 20 min walk into town along the sea front.

Location was excellent in a quiet area very close to the sea and just a short walk to interesting shops and cafes and to bus stops. The apartment was spacious and cool even in the hot weather that we experienced. Beds were comfortable and there was a large bathroom. Also a small balcony. Well equipped kitchen and very clean. We enjoyed the decor and selection of prints and interesting artefacts on the walls. It’s across from an old fashioned hotel - the Walpole- where we had afternoon tea and explored their museum items. The owner replied to queries very swiftly.
