El desastre de la gestión del alojamiento hace que no merezca la pena quedarse aquí
Les doy 1 estrella porque la gestión del alojamiento fue pésima.
Primero, es necesario quedar con ellos en el apartamento para recoger las llaves. En nuestro caso habíamos quedado a las 16:00 pero nuestro vuelo se acabó retrasando media hora y como habíamos reservado un tour a la tarde, tuvimos que ir de seguido pudiendo estar a las 19:00 en el alojamiento. Cuando lo hablé con la empresa que gestionaba el alojamiento, entre malas maneras me dijeron que no había ningún empleado disponible a esta hora, y que el único que podía, podría llegar a las 20:30 a dejarnos las llaves. Sorpresa: si haces el checkout más tarde de las 20:00, te cobran una tasa adicional de 20€ (además de una "tasa turística" de 5€/persona/día, que debe ser abonado en efectivo). Manifestamos a la empresa lo abusivo de esta práctica dado que atribuyen al cliente la carga de asumir la falta de personal de la empresa, que no es nada ético. Al final el empleado llegó a las 20:15, es decir, que por 15' hubo que abonar esa "penalización" lo que lo hace bastante sospechoso, teniendo mientras tanto que esperar fuera 1 hora y cuarto a que llegase. Desde luego, hay una completa falta de flexibilidad para adaptarse a las vicisitudes del viajero que por razones ajenas a su voluntad, no puede llegar puntual a la cita del checkin.
En segundo lugar, el alojamiento te hace firmar un contrato antes de llegar que contiene una lista como de 30 penalizaciones tales como limpieza extra (80€), juego de sábanas adicional (80€), etc. Me parece importarte mencionarlo porque nada se dice en la descripción en Booking.
En tercer lugar, había preguntado al alojamiento la posibilidad de hacer el checkout más tarde (pues es a las 10:00 y nuestro vuelo salía a las 15:35), pagando el plus correspondiente. A pesar de que esta posibilidad aparece recogida en su contrato, se nos fue denegada por disponibilidad del alojamiento, cuando en Booking aparecía esa noche y la siguiente sin reservar nadie.
