Rocco et Madame étaient présents malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée. La maison se trouve dans un endroit calme, très propre, 2 chambres en enfilade et 2 salles de bain. La literie est très bien. Magnifique piscine et grand jardin. Le propriétaire est très attentif, boissons et collations nous attendaient à notre arrivée.

L'accueil de Rocco a été super, bien qu'une arrivé un peu tardif 20 h30" c'était le jour de France /Italie 😔! , on a réussi à échanger bien que moi je ne parle pas du tout l'italien et Rocco un peu de Français "merci le traducteur ouf!!!"
Le gite est bien situé à une +/- heure de tout ce qui est à visité dans les Pouilles😉
Bon! la piscine n'est pas chauffé 🥶un peu juste pour un début octobre mais on le savaient ,
Des hôtes omniprésents mais sont discrets et très agréables.
Le réveille matinal un poil bruyant des hôtes, des petits patins sous les pieds chaises serait un petit plus pour dormir un peu plus tard que 8h du mat 🥱

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Casa Rocco. Rocco and Hilary are great hosts, helpful, kind and reassuring to have around and their recommendations were perfect. The pool is amazing and fabulous to have it to yourself! The villa is spacious and comfortable, very handy to have two bathrooms and plenty of space to store clothes and luggage. Lots of private outside space with a BBQ area next to the pool. It is in a peaceful location surrounded by countryside but only 10 minutes from the local (beautiful!)town.
Not that this was a problem for us…. but you have to walk through the smaller bedroom to get to the other bedroom.
A shame that paying locally for air conditioning isn’t on the details, and there is only one unit. We completely understand why Rocco has to do this however. We coped just fine as the property is well ventilated and there was a breeze.

L’accoglienza, la piscina, la pulizia e la deliziosa veranda.
e’ la prima volta che ci capita una struttura che si vanta già nel nome su Google Maps dell’aria condizionata e poi dover pagare un extra per averla. Abbiamo resistito le prime due giornate perché nonostante il caldo la zona è solitamente ventilata. Successivamente l’abbiamo richiesta e ci è stato fornito un solo telecomando per il solo condizionatore in cucina a fronte di tre apparecchi disponibili (da lì con le porte chiuse si cerca poi di raffreddare la prima camera da letto). Al termine abbiamo chiesto uno sconto sul costo delle 3 giornate, dato che abbiamo usato un solo condizionatore ma non ci è stato concesso. L’host sostiene che è scritto, ma avendo prenotato da Booking non risulta.
Il bagno della prima stanza, essendo evidentemente antico, è stretto.
Anche sul tema della privacy l’host abita al piano di sopra, parcheggia vicino alla tua auto ed entra ed esce dallo stesso giardino.
Una mattina abbiamo dimenticato la luce accesa e a orario di pranzo l’abbiamo trovata spenta, indice di ingresso in casa.
