The hotel was in a quiet area outside the city centre, and Lotus's & Supercheap Supermarkets were within walking distance.
The hotel was modern, well maintained and has an attractive garden courtyard.
The rooms are simple in design, clean and comfortable, and the shower pressure was pleasing.
Opposite the hotel is a simple Thai restaurant - the food is inexpensive and tasty - and open from 9:30 am until 6:00 pm. While on the main road a cart vendor sells deep fried chicken and sticky rice in the morning.
The establishment could consider providing some extra vanity washbasin products, and a welcome notice in the room/s advising there is free tea & coffee, and fruit, in the reception area.

Helpful, friendly staff.
Kind of isolated without a vehicle.
