I booked last minute due to another hotel on Booking.com that had overbooked and only informed me when I already arrived there. (You can imagine this ruined my evening)
The difference could not have been bigger. Elisabetta was very swift in her confirmation of the booking, and sent extra information through WhatsApp immediately.
Upon arrival I was greeted warmly in her really nice b&b. Everything was spotlessly clean, the room had all amenities one could need, was quiet and had climate control if needed.
Breakfast was great too, a lot of home made things, and enjoyed on the terrace Ith a view of the surrounding mountains and Biella.
My motorbike could be safely parked on the domain behind the gates, which is always good for peace of mind.
Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to discover the area and wanting to stay in a calm peaceful setting. I am sure Elisabetta will take perfect care of you too.
(I was happy to see other guest were welcome with their cute dogs too, and I wasn't disturbed by them at all)
