Appartamento in ottima posizione, zona vivace ma silenzioso. Terrazzo stupendo. Pulito e ben attrezzata la cucina.
Rampe di scale, ma poi la vista era bellissima.

Très bien placé. Quartier vivant où l’on trouve des restaurants, un magasin alimentaire. L’appartement comprend tout le nécessaire. Il est charmant. La terrasse est vraiment un plus.
L’équipement de la terrasse pourrait être amélioré et y rajouter un parasol.

The location was excellent, Santa Margherita Square is a lovely vibrant square but not too busy. We arrived by train, the walk was short and the apartment was easy to find (using Apple Maps). We kept Andrea informed of our arrival time and he met us in the square on time and took us to the apartment.
The view from the rooftop terrace was 360 degrees across the rooftops of Venice.
The roof top terrace needs repairing in places and could do with a lot of TLC. The outside furniture is very old and needs replacing. Although the views are good it wasn’t an area we would want to spend much time in.
The shower was so low under the roof it was almost impossible to use and we’re not that tall. The kitchen needs updating. The whole place needs a good clean.
