Super Lage direkt im Zentrum und nur wenige Schritte von der Strandpromende entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bars und Restaurants. Für jene, die mit dem Auto anreisen, steht in 5 Gehminuten ein Garagenplatz zur Verfügung, der in dem Ort auch notwendig ist, da es keine öffentliche Parkmöglichkeit gibt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Francesco hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert und wir haben uns in San Terenzo generell sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Apartment liegt im 4. Stock ohne Lift und ist nur über eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen. Innerhalb der Wohnung gibt es eine sehr steile Treppe zwischen dem Schlafzimmer und Bad im Untergeschoss und der Wohnküche im Obergeschoss. Man kann nicht mit dem Auto zufahren, da der Eingang in einer sehr schmalen Gasse liegt. Die Haltemöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind auch sehr eingeschränkt.

La posizione dell' appartamento comoda a tutti i servizi compreso la spiaggia a pochissimi passi.
A causa di pochi posti disponibili per il parcheggio, ho avuto difficoltà nel portare i bagagli dall'auto all' appartamento e viceversa, con la polizia locale poco tollerabile.
Altra nota purtroppo da aggiungere,soprattutto per le famiglie con bimbi piccoli, per accedere all'appartamento sono 4 piani senza ascensore.

L’emplacement : à proximité de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Box pour garer son véhicule à l’ombre. Amabilité de l’hôte. Ambiance bateau dans l’appartement (deux étages, chambre en bas et salon-cuisine à l’étage). Propreté.
Les escaliers un peu raides mais ça contribuait à l’ambiance bateau !
